About New York Fitness

New York Fitness provides our members with quality, clean, well-maintained equipment. Our cardio section is equipped with large televisions and we supply free personal listening devices and small towels. Large towels are available for $1. We offer a wide variety of weight-resistance machines including Paramount, Cybex, and BodyMasters. Dumbbells and other free weights are also available for use.

Our guests enjoy locker rooms and showers on both the first and second floors. Our first floor locker rooms offer steam rooms and sauna. NYF also provides on site massage to soothe your post workout muscles or simply help with stress reduction. Excel Physical Therapy is also on location at New York Fitness, offering convenient service for all of your physical rehabilitation needs.
